At HighFigh Clothings, we want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience. Here's what you need to know about returns and refunds:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7-Day Returns & Exchanges:
- You can return or exchange items purchased from HighFigh Clothings within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are free of cost! We want you to have the perfect product without any extra charges.
Easy Returns:
- For prepaid orders, we promptly refund the entire amount to your original payment mode.
- For Cash On Delivery orders, refunds are initiated to the bank account you provided during the return process.
- You can also choose to exchange your product for something else. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund you with a gift card.
How Returns Work:
- Initiate your return request with us.
- Once verified, we'll arrange for a pickup or ask you to self-ship the product.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
Defective Products:
- If you receive a defective product, let us know with images, and we'll sort it out for you.
Hygiene Matters:
- For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns for worn, washed, or soiled items.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds/exchanges are not applicable on highly discounted products.
- Refunds are initiated once we receive the returned item and pass it through quality inspection.
Self-Ship Process:
- Pack your items securely and send them to our address which you can get by contacting us via email.
- Upon receiving your product, we'll inform you via email or call.
Haven't Received Your Refund?
- We'll update you via email once the refund process starts.
- Prepaid orders refunds take 7-10 business days.
- For any help, reach out to our help center and raise a ticket with the required details.
